Any persons desirous of nominating a candidate shall deliver te me, at this office, before 4 p.m. on the day next preceding the nomination day, a nomination paper signed by three persons duly qualified to vote at the said election, and also by the person named therein as a candidate. Mr. Hilditsh has much pleasure in informing tho public generally that he has purchased the above Baths, and trusts that ho may meet with their kind support, so as to enable him to keep this valuable establishment open. The Baths hitherto have not paid expenses, and as it would be a great loss to the city to close it up, Mr. Hilditch trusts that the public will rally up, and shew their .appreciation of his efforts to keep the place open.
