The Ohinemuri Committee will bring up their report to-night. s In effect it is that 53 miners' rights were, on _the morning of the 3rd of March, about 6.30 o'clock, improperly and fraudulently issued by Mr. O'Halloran to Mr. Brissenden, and received by the latter, who had a personal interest in the fraud, and that Mr. Mackay wa3 not to blame, except for carelessness in having trusted the rights to hi 3 clerk, O'Halloran.
