Tuesday. Livingston'!-: Claim. —The application for tliis lieence to be granted, subject to certain alterations in plan. Ul'Ona Ventura (Tairua).— Applicants, Grooves, Jackson, and others. Objections had been laid by Walker ami others, but ruled by the Warden to be one day too late. Mr. Tyler applied to have the licence made out in the name of Jackson. His Worship consented, if the consent of the others named were obtained.
Commonwkai.th Cl.um (Tairua). —Mr. Tyler for applicant. T. Kaird and J. S. Kelly, objectors. Case postpone! to the 14th instant.
