PRINCE OF WALKS THEATRE.

At the Prince of Wales Theatre, last evening, Sheridan's five-act comedy of " The Rivals" was produced. As Sir Anthony, Mr. Hoskins appeared in one of those characters of which ho is such a clever exponent. Miss Colville made a pretty Lydia Languish ; Miss Stephenson's Julia was—as usual with that lady—a proper conception and intelligent pourtraval ; and Mrs. Jones, while looking every inch a Mrs. Malaprop, gave a fair representation of that muchabused old lady, but failed to give sufficient point to the eccentricities of her language. Air. Poole brought out the humour of Bob Acres, but none of the other characters can we say were well represented. To-niglit 11 The School for Scandal " will be produced.
