ANOTHER CLIFF ACCIDENT.

Axothkr accident, which was a narrow escape from being fatal, resulted on Saturday '■ .nesr Shelly Beach, when a lad who had gone . too near the edge of the cliff fell over and rolled into the sea. A number of children observing the accident procured the assist- =■■■ ance of Mr. Boardman, jun., who picked the . lad out of the.water and carried him to his parents' residence. No bones were broken, but the lad when picked, up was severely stunned, having evidently fallen upon his head, upon winch a very large lump was ; raised. It was only a day or two previously weha&tc record a similar but a more serious accident, as occurring to a child near the same spot and in a similar manner. We wonder whether these causes may now be considered a sufficient warning, or will nothing short of a fatal occurrence suffice 1
