James .McCabc, farmer, aged 30, entering a dwelling-house with intent to commit a felony ; also feloniously entering ami stealing from a dwelling-house. Hepeta, labourer, aged 25—first, burglary ; second, arson. Charles Blake, sailor, aged 22, assault with robbery.
