The following is the calendar of prisoners for trial at thfc.Supreme Court, Auckland, com - mencing Oil Monday next, October 5, 1874 : Robert Osnw.lv, minor, aged 21, stealing from the dwelling. Charles Dyer, sailor, aged 04, wilful murder. Alexander H. Finlay, miner, aged 45, shooting with intent. James Farrel, sailor, aged 43, unlawfully wounding. •John O'Xeil, cattle stealing. Mary Duneen, aged 00, illegally pawning. Oeorge Wilson, labourer, aged '.'A, assault with intent to commit an unnatural offence. James .McCabc, farmer, aged 30, entering a dwelling-house with intent to commit a felony ; also feloniously entering ami stealing from a dwelling-house. Hepeta, labourer, aged 25—first, burglary ; second, arson. Charles Blake, sailor, aged 22, assault with robbery.
