New Zealand Herald Office, Monday evening. • The Customs revenue collected to-day amounted to £358 lGs 3d. The following are the items:—lmported Spirits: Brandy (in ca3e), 79£ gallons, £55 10s: rum, 3GJ gallons, £22 ss; old torn, 17.f gallons, £10 13s 9d; schnapps, 18 gallons, £10 15s Bd. Colonial Spirits: Hum, 40$ gallons, £12 3s 7d; tea. 2975 lbs., £74 7s Cd: coffee, 3321) lbs., £41 12*3 d: sugar, 3238 lbs., £13 9s lOd; tobacco, 450 lbs., £50 55.; malt, 350 bushels, £2G ss; ad valorem, £2G3s Id; sundries, £9 5s 7d. Messrs. Samuel Cochrane and .Son sold, to-day, six acres and two per<;he3 of land, fenced, with a sevenroomed dwelling-house, &c., erected thereon, situated at Remuera, for the sum of £450.
