Thi3 Lilliputian animal was one of the greatest pets of Her Majesty the Empress of Brazil, and carniid m her bosom on all public occasiens. During one of tne performances of Chiarinis Koyal Italian Circus at liahia. Brazil, urder the patronage of the Emperor and Empress, Her Majesty the Empress became so enraptured with one of the acrobats, that she sent her pace with this favourite pet, as a present to him, being considered in that country the highest compliment she could pay. This animal is now in possession of the proprietor of the Occidental, and will only be exhibited about one week. It is six inches m lengtb or body, withalarge tail 15 inches long, perfectly formed, and understands nearly everything that is said: in fact it is so thoroughly trained as to do everything but Speak- EDWARD PERKINS. •VfOTIOE TO SUBSCRIBERS.
