The Tookey'a small specimens are said to hare come out of the low level. 8.55 p.m. The Imperial Crown tributera on the Golden Hill leaders have crushed their specimens, and got about 100 ozs. The general stuff is not finished. The California tribute crushing is looking first-rate. About 550 ozs. of hard amalgam off the plates, and shewing well for over halfan ounce, wliicli will be a splendid yield for this mine. The Red Queen have got a little more rich stone from the winze, and expect more tonight. Market nil. 9 p.m. The Bendigo Independent tribute have finished their specimens, and obtained 130 ozs. 15 dwts. retorted gold, or a total with that got from 150 tons of general stuff, 320 ozs. 5 dwts. The Alburnia are now reducing about four cwt. picked atone at tho Herald battery's amalgamating barrel. Walker has accepted the challenge of Christie, of Dunedin, to fire for £1000, only stipulating that the match 13 to be fired in Auckland, or at the Thames. The Grand Stand and Booths for the Caledonian Games at Tararu, were sold this morning for £138.
