(Before His Worship the Mayor and W. C. Daldy, Esq., Justices). Licensing Act. —Roland Campion, of the City Club Hotel, was charged with having committed a breach of the Licensing Act, 1871, by unnecessary delay in giving admission to a countable ufter his demanding entrance. —Mr. Joy for the defence.—Adjourned for a week.
