Col Lyon and Col. ?Joule, as soon as the latter ofKcer can arrive from the Waikato, will proceed to Tauranga for the purpose of making an inquiry into the charges made against Col. l'Yaser by Col. McDonnell. For our own part- we cannot see but what the one officer is quite as much to blame as the other, if blame is to be attached tc either, for the escape of Te Kooti; and as for other charges made against Col. Fraser, they can, wo believe, l>e entirely and satisfactorily disproved.
