City Board of Commissioners' Office, Auckland, 14th February, 1870. \ OriCE is hereby given that the Commii- ""■ sioners under the City Board Act, 186?, the City Board Act 1863 Amendment Act, and the City Board Act Amendment Act, 1865, have THIS DAY made a GENERAL RATE of EIGHTPENCE per Pound, and a SEWERAGE BATE of ONE PENNY per Pound on the net annual value of the properly assessable under the said Acts, for the period from Ist December, 1868, ta 31st May, 1870, which is now due and payable, and all parlies who may consider themselves aggrieved on the ground of irregularity, unfairness,.or incorrectness in the valuation, or in the amount assessed thereon, are hereby required, within 14- days from the date hereof, to give notice to the Clerk of the Board of such their objections, and to state explicitly the grounds thereof.
