I'hi.sck i)v Wales Thkatri:.—There was a vovy fair hone at t!io Prince of Wales on Saturday evening, on t' , e occasion of the last appearance of the Lancashire Bellringers antl Miss M. A. Liddlc. The performances were well up to the mark, ami were received with repeated, marks of approbation. To-night " Kenilworth" is to be produced, and, from all accounts, will bo well worth seeing.

Duke op Edinburgh Thkatre.—Notwithstanding Saturday night, the attendance at this house wus but meagre, owing, no doubt, to many not being aware that the theatre lmd re-opened. The songs, dances, and the ballet were well given, and, probably, aa the public become aware of the nature of tho entertainment, the audience will improve in number.
