REFERRING to the Notice issued from this Office, and published' 011 the 19th July last, warning people that no part of the seashore from Capo Col Ole to the Kauaeranga River, being the land between high and low water murk, had been included within any GoldOeld, und that no person whatever had the right to enter upon or occupy any part of the said land for the purpose of mining for gold, Notice is hereby given that, proceedings will be immediately commenced against any person or persons whomsoever found after this date mining for gold upon the said land, or otherwise unlawfu'ly intruding upon or occupying the sai'.l land for any purpose whatever.
