Trios* of good quality, suitable for brewing, are saleable at 2s 6d to 2s 9d per lb. Oilmen's Stores—Siocki of all kinds of goods coming under this head are amply sufficient for the requirements of tho markot. Sales continuo to be mado ut auction at prices which do not pay to import. In addition to regular supplies from England, consignments continue to arrive from Sydnoy and ! Melbourne. Oils—lieoent shipments from Sydney have glutted, tho market with colza and tea oil. Soap.—The market continues glutted, and importation* continue to arrive from Melbourne. Tes. —Very little alteration has takan placo in the prospects of th-» tea market in this province during the month of June, t ur stocks in bond are constantly increasing ; we now estimate them at thirtyfive weeks' consumption. We, however, observe an increasing scarceness of the finer qtiMlitiea, which can iti consequence bereadih sold at remunerative prices. Our advices from Melbourne and rtvdney report an advance on finer kinds (from good middling upwards) of Id to 2d per lb.; lower quotations remaining about the same an bofaro.
