Now Ido hereby give notice that I ehall cause to be fold by public auction, by 0. Arthur & Bon, at thoir Auction Mart, Queen-street, Auckland, on WEDNESDAY, the twenty-sixth day of August, 1868, at the hour of eleven o'clock in the forenoon, unless the said debt or sum of £2,803 11s. 9d. and interest be sooner paid, together with, the said sum of £1 13s. 4A. besides Sheriff's Poundage, Officer's Fees, &0., all the estate, right, title, and interest of the s»id David Graham and John Graham of in and to all that allotment or parcel of land in the eaid Province, containing 186 acres 1 rood and 11 perches more or leas, being allotment No. 12 of the Village of Waiuku; and all that allotment or parcel of land in tho said Province, containing 174 acres, and 24 porches more or less, being allotment No. 5 of the Village of Waiuku aforesaid; and all that allotment or parcel of and in the said Province, containing 92 aoree and 16 perohes more or less, being allotment No. 11 of the Village of Waiuku aforesaid; and all that allotment or parcel of land in the said Province, containing 61 acres 1 rood and 12 perches more or less, beir g part of No. 7 of Suburban Section 12, of Auok-

All which said allotments, pieces, or parcels of land hereinfore mentioned are delineated, and the boundaries and measurements thereof shown [upon the several plans thereof drawn upon the memorial of the judgment upon which the said Writ of Fi. Ba. was issued, and which memorial is registered at the Begistrar of Deeds' Office at Auckland aforesaid as No. 37,055. And I further give notice that the estate and interest of the said David Graham iD these last mentioned properties consists of an estate in fee simple free from incumbrances, and that the same has been taken by me in execution at the suit of the said Bank of New Zealand, the execution creditors.
