Mr. Steehan applied, on behalf of Mr. Heeketh, absent ttrough severe illness, for the adjournment of this casb Ihe case was adjourred for a month. BB P. S. MACKENZIE. Mr. Sleehan appeared for the bankrupt. This was an appliiation for final discharge. His Bonor inquired whether nil the necoasary notices lad been publishod. Mr. Sheehan aaid tho usual affidavits had alao been His Jonor bf liered that tho Inspector 6aid the ba,utr.wt had net kept proper accounts, but there was no opposition to the discharge, lie wou\d \YieTfefarß grant tie bankrupt his discharge. ' BE JOHN GBAHAM. Mr. 3everidge asked for an adjournment in this caseHie lonor said the death of tho bankrupt whs part of this'ase. Mr.Bevoridee said the trustee was present, it was neesaarv that tho trustee should be pretent. Mr.Vallack, the trustee, said there wore only a few biok debts available, 'lhe island had been sold. His Honor saw a great many things in thie case that night arise, and inquired whether the family of thebankrupt was represented. Mr.Beveridge did not hink that anything unusualwas likely to arise in this cas«. As, however, he ony asked for an adjournment, due n«tice could be gren to all parties likely to have imy interest in the cise. Adjourned accordingly. .BB WILLIAM MILLEB—HB B. C. H4.YLES.
