Mr.Bevoridee said the trustee was present, it was neesaarv that tho trustee should be pretent. Mr.Vallack, the trustee, said there wore only a few biok debts available, 'lhe island had been sold. His Honor saw a great many things in thie case that night arise, and inquired whether the family of thebankrupt was represented. Mr.Beveridge did not hink that anything unusualwas likely to arise in this cas«.
