Provincial Government Gazette. PROCLAMATION". By John Williamson, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland. WHEREAS, by the second section of " The Auckland "Waste Lands Act, 1867, " it was enacted that it shall he lawful for the Superintendent by proclamation to declare that certain lands therein described shall be set apart and secured for certain Immigrants, not being fewer than fifty, above eighteen years of age, expected to arrive, or who shall have arrived and desire to settle within the Province of Auckland. Now, therefore, pursuant to the authority vested in me in that behalf, I, the Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, do hereby proclaim and declare that all the unsold Provincial Lands, in the blocks or parishes specified in the Schedule hereunder written, are hereby reserved and set apart as provided for in the above recited Act as Special Settlement Land.
