For sale, at the Haymarket, on Saturday, April 4th, at 12 o'c'ock, LOT 53, part of Lot 3, Parish of Matakana, County of Eden, containing 44 acres good land, having 44 chains frontage to the public road and close to the School. The whole is enclosed with a good fence, 16 acres are in good grass, half-an-acre in potatoes, ■which will he sold with, the property. A well-built two-storey House, containing 8 rooms, has lately been erected at considerable expense. The whole suhject to a mortgage of £220, at 10 per cent. Also, Adjoining the above, a Farm of 152 acres, twothirds enclosed, 60 acres of which are in grass, 1 acre in orchard, with garden, &c.
