"Wednesday. (Before J. J. Symonds, Esq., 8.M.) Making use op Threats.—Willliam Hayes was charged with making use of threats toward Thomas Potter. The case having been proved, defendant was bound over to keep the peace for six months, himself in £50, and two securities in £20 each. Wilfui Damage.—John Black was charged byEdward Wykes with wilfully damaging a 6tone wall, by palling a portion of it down. After hearing the evidence, tho Court deferred judgment.
