Per Pacific, from Sydney and Norfolk Island :—6O tone coals, Henderson and Macfarlane; 3 cuses fruit, order. ARRIVAL OF THE PACIFIC. The schooner Pacific, Captain Bates, arrived in harbour yesterday afternoon from Sydney via Norfolk Island, with a cargo of GO tons coals, and 3 cases fruit, consigned to Messrs. Henderson and Macfarlane. The Pacific sailed from Sydney on Ihe 14th January, -with a light northerly breeze which continued until the morning of the ist instant, wbon she encountered a heavy eale from B.E. This continued until Mond\y the 3rd inst., when the wind veered to S.W., and on the morning of the 4lh instant, anchored nt Norfolk Island. Landed passengers und mails, and left again on the morning of the Bth inst. Experienced easterly winds until tho 14th iust., and from th««ice variable winds from N.W. to 3.W. On the 17th called at Monqonui, leaving ngain on the following dny, the 18th inst. Had t>. and W. winds on the coast IVuengers —Mr. J. Buffett, jun., Miss Cook, Miss Morpeth.
The Onward.—The fino clipper schooner Onward, Captain Edwards, arrived at Kohamatima yesterday afternoon, from Norfolk Xelund with a cargo of cattle. The sb. Tauranga, Captain Sellare, arrived in harbour last evening, bringing about forty passengers from Shortland Town and Tapu Creek. She leaves again at about ten o'clock thia mornint*. The cehoonor Blue 8011, called off Xorfolk Island on the 3rd ius^t. The ehip apoleon 111, with coals from Sydney to Shanghai, called at Norfolk Island (or provisions. The whuling birquo Adventurer, Capt. Sliff, has called at Norfolk Island, and reported having tnken 20 tuns oil during the season. Tho cutter Wangarej, Captain Anderson, left Wangarei on Tuesdiiy evening, and arrived in harbour at 9 p.m. on Wednesday. She brings 15 p»esongere and the following cargo :—9 head cattle, 6 tons fur. iture, 1 ton bark, 1 ton gum, and £ ton fruit. The cutter Hero left iu company with tho vVongarei. The schooner fclf arrived at Wanearei en Monday last. The Coreair, brig:, Captain Redgood, with a cargo of timber from Wnngnpoa to Melbourne, anchored off Waihrke on TueecUy ovening, while the master came up to town for provisions. Tho !<lue Bkll.—The Auckland schooner Blue Bell, Captain McLiver, was off Norfolk Island on tho 3rd iniit in company with the Pacific. His presumed tho Blue Bell stood in for the Fiji Islands without calling at Nonolk Island, on account of the eevere weather. The Hahhiet .Armytage. — The barque Harriet Armytage, Oap'.ain McMastor, arrived in harbour at noon, jeetorduT, after a protracted passage of 26 days from Adelaide, whence ehe sailed on the 25th ultimo. During tho first pr.rt of the pas-nge experienced fine weather, with E. and S.E. winds. Since then atronir N.N. winds, makinjr the North Capa on Sunday, "'ho brings a cargo of 60 tons flour, and 1935 bags wheat, ooneigned to Messrs. Henderson and Maofarlane.
The barques Alice Cameron and P.O.E. may be expected to arrive from Newcastle either to-day or to-morrow morning. The outter Bella, Captain Faulkner, arrived in harbor from Tauran-a last evening, -with a quantity of cargo and several passengers.
