Court-house, Auckland; and that the Estate of the petitioner John BxjSi sell be Sequestrated into the hands of RIOHAKD Field Porteb, Esquiro, of the city of Auckland, Inspector in Bankruptcy, and be held by him until the said 7th day of August next; and the Court doth declare that this order Bhall be a vesting order.
