HOBART TOWN. Tho Hobart Town Mercury of tho 17th Instant reports as to the markets :—The week has opened with no improvement in general business, and transactions to-day have been vary light. The breadstuffs market is especially depressed. A considerable quantity of wheat is now offering in the market, and tho'prico is by no means so firm as it has been. Flour is reported at from £10 per ton. Wheat at from 'is to 'is 3d per bushel. Sharps, £6 per ton. Bran, la per bushel. Oats, 2s 6d to 2s 9d per bußhol for feed. English barley, 6 ) 3d to 6s 6d per bushel. Cape barley, 3s 6d to 4a per bushel. Peas and beans, 3s 6d to 3s 9d per bushel. Hay (pressed) from £3 5s to £3 15s per ton. Potatoes are dull of sale, the price quoted being from £3 6a to £3 10a per ton. Onions, from £3 10s to £4 per ton. Butter frotn la 3d to Is 4d per lb.—Sydney Herald, June 24.
