ARRIVAL OF TEE S.S. PHCEBE. The Panama Co.'s s.b. Phcebc, Captain "Wheeler, left Wellington on Sunday lost, at 8 a.m., and arrived at Noleon the same night at 10 p.m. ; left Nelson on Wednesday, at 5"33 p.m., experienced moderate winds with a heavy N.TS. swell, and arrived at Taranalti at 10 a.m. on the 27th ; a heavy swell was found to bo prevailing there, and left again at 3 30 p.m. the same day, experiencing incessant rain, and arriving; off the Manukau Heads at 5 a.m. yesterday morning ; hoveto for daylight, and came to an anchor off the {Bluff at 9'30 a.m.

ABRIVAL OF THE 9. H. WELLINGTON. Tho.fks. Wellington, Capt. Eenner, left Wellington on the 24th inat., at 1.30 p.m.: arrived at Picton same day at 6.30 ; left dt 4 a.m. on the 25th, and arrived at Nelson same day at 12 noon ; left Nelson with the mails from Panama on the 26th, at 3.30 p.m.; arrived at Taranafei on the 27th, at 12 noon ; left same day at 4.30 p.m., and arrived in the Manukau yesterday at 9.30 a.m. Moderate weather was experienced throughout.
