(Before Thomas Beckham* Esq., 8.M.) DEUNENNESS. Edward R. Moore, John Knox, James Mullifan, Samuel Johns, John Leyton. John Fernan, oseph Berwick, Peter Von Dorct, Thomas Smith, Benjamin Low, John Shiers, and Mary JSTcwson were punished for this offence. BREACH OF THE MUNICIPAL POLICE ACT. Mary Newson was also charged with a breach of the 39fch sub-scction of the Act, on Wednesday the 19th instant, by breaking a pane of glass in the window of a building occupied by John Smith, situate in Queen-street. She pleaded guilty and was fined forty shillings and costs.® This concluded the business.
