A rumor lia3 gone abroad tliat Qucou Victoria is employing Borne of her leiauro hours in writing a book which is shortly to be published. This is an ago for royal authorship; and it is thought probable that Her Majesty is engaged, with the assistance of Mr. Helps, in. writing a memoir of the late Prince Consort.
