Hamley, Esq., Senior Military Storo Officer and Barrack-Master, to soil by public auction, on Saturday next, tho 22nd'instant, at tlieir Mart, Queen-Etrcet, at 12 o'clock precisely, rjAHE WHOLE of tho IMPERIAL BUILDINGS at PAPAKURA, formerly in the occupation of tho Commissariat Transport Corps, consisting of Ranges of Stabling, of Corrugated Iron, Stores, Outbuildings, &c., &c., &c. Tho Buildings are not to bo romoved, but tho Trustee of tho land on which they are erected will grant a loase to tho purchaser of tho Buildings of one or two acres, for twenty-one years, commencing from tho time the Buildings were erected, at a ground rent of 5 per cent, on tho velue of the land at that time, such valuation to be settled by arbitration. The Buildings can be inspected at any time previous to the sale, on application to Private Foley, in charge of the Buildings, and any information respecting the property or with, reference to the lease can be obtained on application to J.
