CIVIL SITTINGS. (Before His Honor Mr. Justice Moore.) His Honok took his seat on tho Bench at 10 o'clock. OHAr3CAN V. WILLIAM'S. Mr. MacCormick for tlio plaintiif; Mr. WhitaVer and Mr. Gil'ies for thj defendant. When thU ease was called Mr. MaeCovmick announced that it would not be necessary to trouble tho Court or jury, as an arrangement had been, com© to between the parties. It was stated at a late period of the day that each of tho parties agreed to suffer half of the loss occasioned b}' Vfr. George's defalcation, which will amount to about £400 on e;ich side. CHAPMAN V. XlCrtOlIS. This enso also went off in the same way. Tho registrar then announced that tho Civil Sitings of tho Circuit Court had terminated, aud the Court roso at half-past ten o'clock.
