DRAMATIC PERFORMANCE IN AID OF THE BENEVOLENT SOCIETY.

A x amateur dramatic performance at the Prince of Wales Theatre, and under the patronage of liis Honor the Superintendent, will take place on Monday night, when the proceeds -will he devoted in aid of the funds of the Ladies' Benevolent Society. The pieces chosen for the occasion ar®Douglas Jerrolds' well known drama, in two acts, the " Kent Day," and the farce of the "Steeplechase." The object alone will, we trust, induce many, who would not otherwise attend, to purchase tickets. The funds of the Ladies' Benevolent Society are utterly inadequate to the calls upon them.
