' TO FARMERS AND OTHER COUNTRY SETTLERS. 11/ ITH the view of supplying ths felt want of there T V being no place in town entirely devoted to the Bale of Farm, Garden, and Dairy Produce, including bacon, poultry, fruit, &c., the undersigned has determined to open hi 3 large and commodious Corn and Colonial Produce Store, Victoria-street East, (a three 6torey brick building, a little above the Grey Hound Hotel), for the special purpose, and hopes to receive the support of those whose interest he is thu3 endeavouring to promote. The produce intrusted to his care will be sold by auction once or twice a week ; and as nothing else will be Bold at these auctions but country produce, he anticipates that better prices will be realised. At present the above goods are so scattered and mixed up with other commodities, that he thinka their value is thereby much lessened. All transactions will be settled immediately after the sale.
