ATTOKI,AND ACCLIMATIZATION SOCIETY. Owing to the full amount of subscriptions promised. by members and settlers of the surrounding districts not yet being received by tho Treasurer, it was agreed to allow the subject to stand over until next meeting, to enable thoso gentlemen to give or forward the amounts promised, to aßsißt in carrying out this laudable undertaking, the amount at present in tho Tieasurer's hands being over £5. After tho transaction of somo other business, a vote of thanks was accordod to tho Chairman, and acknowledged, when tho members diapered.

RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

(Before Captain Mollsop, 8.M.) The only caso on tho Court list here on yesterday was a charge of drunkonnesa preferred by special constable Campbell, against a person named Nathan Stewart. The prißonor being on bail, the amount was forfeited.
