Tho Harbour-master or Wharfingor may remove, at tho lessee's expense, all goods of such weight a? may in liis opinion injuro tho Wharf, and may control tho stacking of timber, so as to render tho samo safe. 4. Tho regulations applying to vessels at the Queen-street Wharf shall apply to all vessels using Custom-house-street Wharf. 5. Tho tolls exigiblo on goods and carriages ol every description using tho Queen-street Wharf slial! bo exacted from tlio persons leasing tlieso allotments or using the Custom-house-street Wharf. 0. The lessees uf tlieso allotments may be debarred the nso of the Queen-street Wharf for all vessel: which, in the opinion of tho Harbour-master, car load or dichurgo at su'jh allotments.
