The Harbourmaster or Wharfinger may orde tho removal, at tho lessee's expense, of all timbe or other material so laid down as to encroach beyon the limits of the allotment, or to interfere with th three-feet passage, or of any othor material whici may be offensive or a nuisance. 3. Tho Harbour-mastor or Wharfinger may remove at the lessee's expense, all goods of such weight a may in his opinion injure tho Wharf, and ma; control tho stacking of timber, so as to render th same safe. 4. The regulations applying to vessels at th Queen-street Wharf shall apply to all vessels usinj Oustom-houEC-street Wharf. 5. Tho tolls exigible on goods and carriages o every description using tho Queen-street Wharf slial bo exacted from tho persona leasing those allotment or using the Custom-house-street Wharf. 6. Tho lessoea of these allotments may be debarrec the use of the Queen-stroet- Wharf for all vessel which, in the opinion of tho Harbour-master, cai load or dichargo at suoh allotments.
