CONDITIONS OF LEASE OF PART OF CUS-TOMHOUSE-STREET WHARF. Tho Allotments to bo let shall consist of portions of tho Customhouse-street Wharf, measuring 40 feet from east to west, by 47 feet deep, and extending from Customhouse-street to within 3 feet of the face of tho Timber Wharf, tho said 3 feet being reserved for a footway. iy 1. No houso or office shall bo erected on any alloti- ment without the written consent of the Superintendent. '5 2. Tho Harbourmaster or Wharfinger may order tho removal, at the lessee's expense, of all timber or other material so laid down as to encroach beyond tho limits of the allotment, or to interfere with the throe-feet passage, or of any other material which may be offensive or a nuisance. 3. Tho Harbour-master or Wharfinger may remove, at the lessee's expense, all goods of such weight as may in his opinion injure the Wharf, and may control tho stacking of timber, so as to render the same safe. 4. Tho regulations applying to vessels at the Queen-street Wharf shall apply to all vessels us : lg Custom-house-street. Wharf. 5. The tolls exigible on goods and cawiagcs of evory description using tho Queen-street Wharf shall bo exacted from tho persons leasing theso allotments or using the Custom-house-street Wharf. D f 0.
