Messes. Aethue and Son will hold to-day an extensive clearing-out sa j e 0 f drapery, clothing, hosiery, haberdashery, &c. Me. L. W. liaton will sell to-day, without reserve, 20 boxes apples, 10 do. pears, onions, colonial cheese, 20 cases dried codfish. The sale of the Thames Saw Mill and plant has been postponed till Friday next. Messrs. Hfnter and Co. will hold to-day, their usual sale of fat and store cattle, diiry cows, sheep, pigs. &c., at the Otahuhu yards. Messes. Jones and Co. will sell to-day, two allotments fronting Queen-street, Oneliunga, GO feet by 10S feet, together with two twostoried shops erected thereon, at present occupied by Mr. Coolc, butcher, and by Mr. Johnson, saddler.
Me. Geoege Sibbin svill sell to-day, at his stores, 8 tons of potatoes, the remainder lot of household furniture and effects, an allotment in Newton, near the property of Mr. S. Marks, and belonging to a person leaving the colony. Mr. C. SticiiljUuy will sell to-day, a varied assortment of tweeds, blankets, rags, calicos, prints, clothing, drapery, &e.
