For the United Kingdom, North and South America, TVest Indies Sec., via Panama, the registered letter and money order'mails will close on Tuesday, 2nd April, at 5 p.m., andthemails for ordinary letters, and newspapers, on the following morning, at nine o'clock. For Taranaki, and the Southern Provinces of New Zealand, per s.s. Wellington, the registered letter and money order mails will close ou Tuesday, 2nd April, at 5 p.m., and tho mails for ordinary letters, and newspaper, tho following morning, at 0 o'clock.
