Sin,—ln the report of tho proceedings touching Mr. James Foloy's estate, he is reported to have said, " Mr. O'Keoffo Bold the ' Tay,' or rather she was wrecked, and he got tho insurance." I did not sell tho ' Tay.' I have not receivod the insurance referred to.—Yours, Ac., D. J. O'Kkeffe.
