Jones and Co. held an extensive land sale at their mart, Queen-street, when the following properties were disposed of:—Allotment 100, parish of Maungakarauiea, SO acres, 21s per acre part of lots 32 and 31, Pon3onby Road, £11 ; allotment 51, parish of Mangapai,*47 acres, Ss Gd per acre ; allotment 4<A. Teimaterua, Wanga r ei, 5Ss per acre ; part of allotment No. -J, parish of Maungakaramea, 15 acres, ."!Gs per acre; two allotments at Mangapai, containing 2(>3 acres, 9s Gd per acre ; four allotments, parish of Wangarei, 5s per acre ; four allotments at Wangarei, £36; and part of allotment 18, section 48, Wellinsjton-stroet. with house, &c., £100. Total amount realised, £'">O6.
