Jackson, of Onehunga, on the 2/tli instant, an American axe and pair of cotton socks of the value of eieht shillings. Prisoner pleaded guilty. He was then charged with having, on the 27th beptember, at Onehuiu;a, stolen from on board the steamer Prince Alfred, a bundle containing one Crimean shirt, two cotton shirts, one pair trousers, one waistcoat, one under-flannel one pair of drawers, one silk handkerchief, two'pair ot socks, the property of Thomas Sinnott, of UneUunga.
