The mother, in her evidence, stated that slie •had missed the child but about ten minutes, when a neighbour, w ho was accidentally pissing, discovered it lying in a ditch not far from the house, where there was from 18 to 20 inches of rain water collected. jDr. "r.iy, who made a post mortem examination of <the body, stated that he found the usual appearances an capes of death by drowning. The jury returned aTerdict of "Found Drowned."
