POLICE COURT.—Monday.
(Before J. 11. Home, Esq., J .P., and It. P. Porter, Esq., J.P. DBUNKENNESS. William Baker, William Trimmins, William Mack, William Swanson, Patrick Collins, and ras. Cunningham, were convicted of the above vffenee, and ordered to pay a fine of 20s. and he costs, or in default -1-8 hours imprisonment vith hard labour. NON-PiYHENT OF CITY RATES. William Smith did not appear to answer the ibove charge, and the debt being proved by Mr. Diddams, the Collector, judgment was given for lie amount claimed £5 55., with costs. —
