A SPECIAL GENERAL MKETING of the Company will be held in the Odd Fellows' Hall on WEDNESDAY Evening, 29th of August 1866, at 7 o'clock, for the purpose of reconsidering tho Rules and Articles of the A»sociation, previous to the Company being registered: and also to consider certain new Bules and Articles necessary to enable the Company to meet the requirements of the Joint Stonk Companies Act. NOTICE is hereby given that the WEEKLY CALLS of the Phareho'.ders for the Quarter terminating 30th October, 1866, will fall due on the 7th, 14th, 21at, and 28th of August, 1866 ; also, on the 4th, 12th, 18th, and 25th September, 1866 ; and on the 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and SOth October, 18fiG. Shareholders who have not paid their Weekly Calls for the Quarter terminating 31st Jnly, are required to do so at once, at the office of the Companv, Victoria-street East.
