RAGLAN ELECTIONS.

The return of Sir. s?ewman for Raglan without opposition closes the elections south of Marsden. There now only remains the return of members for Marsden, the Bay of Islands, and Mongonui. for the two last districts there will not be a contest, Mr. Ball will" be returned for the one, and Mr. Hugh. Carleton for the other, without In Marsden alone of the several Auckland districts will a contested election take place. The rival candidates are the late member, J. Monro, Ksq., and Mr. Taylor, of Wangarei.
