McGregor, arrived in harbour early yesterday morniDg from Mongonui bringing a cargo of wool, sheep, gum, &c., and IS passengers. She left on Monday nii;ht last, and had fine weather with light winds throughout the passage. Reports tlie barque Annie anil Jane, as loaded and about to sail for China, with a cargo of timber. The Clyde.—The clipper schooner Clyde, Capt. Cheshire, arrived early yesterday from Cruig's Mills, "Wangapoa, with a carero of 25,*100 feet sawn timber, and seven passengers. The Clyde made a very good passage^"p of IS hours, having left the previous evening. Reports the schooner Queen, Captain Menzies, as having sailed from Wangapoa for Napier on Tuesday last, uith a full cargo of timber, shingles, c. The Clyde leaves again for Wangapoa this evening. Thf. Lady Eied.—The S.Z.S.JT. Co.'a s.h. Lady Bird, Copt. JCreeft, is due to-day from the South via Tauranga. Tho Nkva. —Tho South Sea Island trader Neva, Captain J. B. Young:, entered outwards at the Customs ye3terday for Tahiti and tho South Sea Islands, and will sail shortly. The schooner Vistula, Captain Paton, arrived at Wanganui from the Kaipara on the 12th inst., and the schooner Banshee, Capt. Nolan, also arrived the following day from the saino port, both with cargoes of pawn timber. The schooner BIa"k Hawk, Captain McKenzie, arrived at Wellington, from • anterbury on the 11th instant, after a fine run, bringing a cargo of oats. The three matted schooner Amelia arrived at Wellington from Chili via Canterbury, with a cargo of flour on the 11th inst. The ship Oommodore, -562 tons, Captain Colville, arrived in Wellington harbour on the 12th instant, after a fine passage of 100 days from London. The first bale of wool for the homeward cargo was put on board tho ship Wild Duck on Tuesday evening. The ship was gaily dressed for its reception, a gun was fired, and three cheers given as it was hauled from the cargo boat into the vessel. — Wellington Independent, Jan. 13. The schooner fortune, Parker, master, sailed last evening for Tauranga, with a full cargo of merchandize, &c. The cutter Kate arrived in harbour early yesterday morning from Kennedy's Bay, with a full cargo of Bawn timber. The schooner Kereti, Brown, master, sailed last night for the Thain-s, with a full cargo of merchandize, &c. The schooner Dot, Jones, master, sailed yesterday for Omah, with a full cargo of sundries, &c., amongst which was a chain, gear, anchors, &c., for a new vessel. The cutter Hero, Joiner, master, for Mercury Bay, took her departuro early yesterday morning for another cargo of sawn timber. Theifahurangi trading cutter Cordelia, Captain Brown, arrive! yesterday morning from Mahurangi, with a cargo of-corn flour, butter, eggs, and other produce. _.
