ON hearing Mr. Kenny of Counsel for the abovi named Petitioners, and on reading the Petitioi of the said Edward Kinloch and Walter Pembertoi Fooks, dated the seventeenth day of January instant the consent of Robert Stephenson dated the sixteenth day of January instant, and the affidavits oEdward Kinloch, Walter Pemherton Fooks, and Edward J". Andertonlt is ordered that the hearing of the said Petition shall take place at the Supreme Court House in the City of Auckland on TUESDAYS the twentieth day of February next.
