The iron barque Sunbeam, Capt. Lovell, arrived off the North Head last evening from London, after a protracted passage of 109 days. The Sunbeam has also on board for Napier the prize short-horn buil " Knight of the Bath," and prize short-horn eow " Seven Duchies," each of which have received three prizes at different agricultural meetings.
