ARRIVAL OF THE SUNBEAM.

The iron barque Sunbeam, Capt. Lovell, arrived off the North Head last evening from London, after a protracted passage of 109 days. She sailed from tho Downs on the 26th June, taking her final departure from the hddystone on the 29th ; passed outside the Cape de Verd Islands, without sighting them, and experienced moderate N.E. trade winds. From the (Jape de Verdes to the line sho was eleven days, crossing the Equator the 31et July in 20 = W.; hncl strong S.K. trade winds, was balllcd for 5 days oil' the inland of Tristan I)' Acunha, and passed the meridian of the Cape of Good Hope on the 29th August: the Hasting w o s ra down between the parallels of -10 ° and 45 ° , S., with strong westerly winds and Heavy hail squalls. The Sunbeam Virngs a large cargo, a great- portion of which is for Napier, from which port she is chartered to load home wool. Sho has also on board 3S tons gunpowder for the Government. Messrs. Buryc s and Hose arc tho only psssengers by this vessel. The Sunbeam has also on board for Napier the prize short-horn buil " Knight of the Bath," and prize short-horn eow " Seven Duchies," each of which have received three prizes at different agricultural meetings.
