There is no f>T to cross, and good draft of water for large vessels at all times of the tide The landing place is opposite Brown'* Island, immediately round the Beacon at the West Tamaki Head, and within one hundred yards of thn shore. IMPORTANT TO COASTING VESSELS & SHIPPERS OF CATTLE ON THE EAST COAST TO AUCKLAND. MR. ALFRED BUCKLAND TT> ESPECTFULLY informs his FRIENDS that I t CATTLE can be LANDED on the Eaet Bank of the Tamaki, about one mile from the Heads, OVER THE VESSEL'S SIDE WITHOUT THE USE OF A BOAT, AND AT ALL TIMES OF THE TIDE, thereby saving tho risk and injury to the Cattle of a second time putting them in Blings, aB well as the additional cost of Boating, with the furthor advantage of being at once in a GOOD PADDOCK WITHOUT ANY DRIVINGVessels not drawing more than nine feet of water can enter and leave at all times with half-tide, and at full tides Vessels drawing fourteen feet of water cao enter safely. Charts of the river, kindly furnished by Captain Bdhgess, can be obtained at tho Haymarket. Assistance, if necessary, can at all times be obtained on tho spot.
