NOTICE is hereby given that the Commissioners under the " City Board Act, 1863," and the " City Board Act, 1863, Amendment Act," have THIS DA.Y made a rato of Eightpence per p " and on tho nett annual value of the property assessable under the said Acts for tho period from the first day of June to tho thirtieth day of November, 1565 (both inclusive), and that parties who may consider themselves aggrieved on the ground of irregularity, unfairness, or incorrectness in the valuation or in the amount assessed thereon, aro hereby required within fourteen days from the date hereof to give notice to the Clerk of the Board of such their objections, and to state explicitly the grounds thereof.
