The public will understand that on completion of the New Wharf from Gore-street, no shingles, paling, firewood, or timber of any kind will bo permitted to bo landed on Queen-street Wharf. The Allotments to bo lot shall consist of portions of tho Custom House Street Wharf, measuring 40 feet from East to West, and extending tho whole width of the timbered platform, with tho exception of 3 feot next tho outer odge, which is not to be let, but must bo kept free of obstruction throughout the entiro length of tho Wharf. 1. No House or Ofiicc shall bo erected on any Allotment without tho written consent of tho Superintendent. 2. Tho Allotments shall bo used solely for tho landing Btorage and delivery of Timber and Firewood, and for no other purpose, unless with tho consent in writing or by order of tho Harbour Master or Wharfinger. 3. The Harbour Master or Wharfinger may order the removal at tho Lessee's expense, of all Timber, or other material so laid down as to encroach beyond the limits of the Allotment, or to interfere with the three feet passage, or of any material which may ho offensive or n nuisance. 4. Tho Harbour Master or Wharfinger may romovc at the Lefsees' expense, all goods of such weight as may in his opinion injure tho Wharf, and may control the stacking of Timber, so as to render tho Eome safe. 5. Tho Regulations applying to Vessels at the Queen-street Wharf, shall apply to all Vessels using the Custom-house-street Wharf. 6. Tho Tolls exigible on Goods and Carriagos of every description using the Queen-street Wharf, shall bo exacted from the persons leasing those Allotments or using tho Customhouse-street Wharf. 7. Tho Lessees of these Allotments may bo debarred tho uao of tho Queen-street Wharf for all Vessels, which, in the opinion of the Harbour Master, can load or discharge at such Allotments. 8.
