The subscriber has been favored with instructions from his J3onor tho Superintendent to LEASE by public auction at the Land Mart, Fort-street, on Tuesday, tho 18th day of April, at 12 o'clock, ALLOT M E K T S ON CUSTOM HOUSE SHEET TO BE T7SKI) AS TIMBER WHAR VE S, having frontages of about FIFTY FEET to tho Bivcr. CONDITIONS OF LEASE OF PART OF CUSTOM HOUSE STREET WHABF. The public will understand that on completion of the Now Wharf from Gore-street, no shingles- paling, firewood, or timber of any kind will be permitted to be landed on Queen-street Wharf. The Allotments to bo let shall consist of portions of the Cu?tom House Street Wharf, measuring -10 feet from East to West, and extending the whole width of the timbered platform, with the exception of 3 feet next the outer edge, which is not to be let, but must bo kept free of obstruction throughout the entire length of the Wharf. 1. No House or Office shall bo erected on any Allotment without the written consent of tho Superintendent. 2. Tho Allotments shall bo used solely for the landing storage and delivery of Timber and Firewcd, and for no other purpos=, unless with the consent in writing or by order of tho Hnrbour Master or Wharfinger. 3. Tho Harbour Master or Wharfinger may order the removal at tho Lessee's expense, of all Timber, or other material so laid down as to encroach beyond the limits of tho Allotment, or to interfere with the three feet passage, or of any material which may bo offensive or a nuisance. •1. Tho Harbour Master or Wharfinger may remove at the Lefsees' expense, all goods of 9uoli weight as may in his opinion injure tho Wharf, and may control the stacking of Timber, so as to render the same safe. 5. The Regulations applying to Vessols at the Queen-street Wharf, slmll apply to all Vessels using tho Custom-house-street Wharf. 6. The Tolls exigiblo on Goods and Carriages of every description using the Queen-street Wharf, shall bo exacted from tho persona leasing those Allotments or using tho Customhouse-street Wharf. 7. The Lessees of these Allotments may bo debarred the uso of tho Queen-street Wharf for all Vessels, which, in tho opinion of tha Harbour Master, can load or disehargo at such Allotments. 8.
